Our First Ever LIVE ZOOM EVENT
Earlier in 2021 we launched our inaugural cash fiction contest, calling writers across Canada to submit stories under the theme of The Things We Leave Behind. Though we weren’t overwhelmed with entries, the competition was furious, and we narrowed the field down to a shortlist of eight, all of whom will be published in an anthology aptly named, The Things We Leave Behind, set to be released in April of 2022.
A Launch Party for the Books
Get a little peek into the launch party the Blank Spaces team threw for the release of Just Words Volume 3, a beautiful collection of works by Blank Spaces contributors.
From Pen to Published
We had the great pleasure of participating in the 'From Pen to Published' publishing fair at the University of Toronto, on November 17, 2018. Hosted by The Soap Box and the 11th Floor Writers, the event was geared towards students looking to break into the world of publishing.
