Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Orders are packaged and addressed by hand and sent out from our local post office. We can send up to two magazines per envelope. Orders of 5 or more magazines will be sent as a package. 

All pre-orders are shipped via Canada Post within one week of the publication going live.

Because we are a reader-supported publication, we don't always have back issues in stock. When you place an order for any back issue, it will likely come to you directly from our print company and may take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These are based on the weight of your total order. Pricing begins at $1.97.

We ship through Canada Post.

Regular mail within Canada

The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada is:

• Two business days for local mail

• Three business days within the province

• Four days for national mail

These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Regular mail to the U.S.A.

The delivery standard for regular mail sent from Canada to the U.S.A. is four to six business days.

Regular mail to an international destination

The delivery standard for mail sent from Canada to another country (except the U.S.A.) is four to seven business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will be notified on the day your order ships to the email address you provided at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided only for packages shipped within Canada.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Blank Spaces is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

Blank Spaces will ship to anywhere in the world.

Returns Policy

We cannot accept returns on any print or digital material. If you are unsatisfied with your print purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

We will accept returns on any unused merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date and will refund the full purchase price minus shipping costs and a 5% handling fee. Merchandise must be returned to us in new condition.
