Gerald Thibeault

Gerald Thibeault, poet

When Gerry is not writing poetry he can be found running, or with a wrench in his hand, a welder sometimes, or maybe a big hammer.  He lives in the farming community of Melanchthon, Ontario with his wife and six children and tends to his own vegetable garden. He loves nature and to be a part of it.

Small Barns, My Car Identifies as She/Her, and Outhouse Volume 9, Issue 3

In Small Barns, My Car Identifies as She/Her, and Outhouse, Gerald Thibeault weaves together themes of desire, identity, and nostalgia, exploring how objects—particularly classic cars—become vessels for our longing, whether it’s for ownership, youth, or simpler times.
