Our Commitment to Stand Against Racism

Our hearts are broken by the reports that have been filling our news feeds. While we strive to maintain an attitude of grace and positivity, the deaths of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless others have rocked us.

We will continue to work to create and maintain a community where all people can proudly be their full selves, feel celebrated, and know they are safe.

We acknowledge that systemic and cultural racism exists and that we must do the work to dismantle it, including our commitment to making real, meaningful, human connections and continuing to educate ourselves on the issues.

We condemn any act or expression of hate and support peaceful protest.

To those in our community that have experienced the pain of racism, we stand in solidarity with you. Your voices matter.

Change starts with awareness and is sustained when we lead with kindness and inclusion.

With much love,
