A visual storyteller, Paula Timm’s art conveys story through bold use of contrasts, dynamic colour stories, and thoughtful expressions on characters in her scenes.
Timm is interested in simple complexities, both within the subject and with the tools she employs in each mixed piece. Graphite and pen drawings are created during quiet moments of art; later integrated in graphic design, mixed media, or collaged into a 2D piece.
Paula partners with not-for-profit organizations to foster community engagement that promotes and encourages the healing relationship between wellness and creativity. Her hope is to inspire others to consider their own personal journey and its important connection to self-expression.
