Livingstone is a self-taught artist living and working in Windsor, Ontario. Working primarily in acrylics and oils, he puts paint on canvas in the hope of inspiring others to take the time to celebrate the beauty that surrounds them. His paintings, in most cases, do not represent particular places; instead they are an attempt to express the feeling he has when he takes the time to observe the beauty nature continually provides—such things as an exquisite sunset, the sun playing on water, or the patterns of light and shadow as the sun sweeps across a valley.
