Anthony Clarke
Anthony Clarke, writer
Life's sabbatical, resulting from the pandemic lockdowns, has granted Anthony Clarke space to write after years of long indecision. Raised in the Greater Toronto Area, and recently relocated to the Central Ontario town of Stayner, thirty-two year old Clarke has written a number of flash and short story pieces, this being his second publication. Fiction that delves on the peculiarities of an alternate history, “Dogs Playing Poker” enters into a fantasy of regional folklore to remind just how quaint our world used to be.
The Dogs Who Played Poker— Volume 7, Issue 2
The Dogs Who Played Poker by Anthony Clarke is a brief satirical piece on the infamous painting.
